Riverside Health System Employees Credit Union in Newport News, VA has a fulltime Director position that works under the general direction of the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include establishing and executing major goals and objectives, maintaining policies, budgeting and marketing as well as working closely with auditors, examiners, and credit union committees. This position requires knowledge of day to day accounting postings and management of credit union operations including, but not limited to, oversight of four employees, cash account management, investments, member services, loan approvals, and filing the required regulatory financial reports.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Management. 

EXPERIENCE: Three to five years of financial institution management experience with proficient level of knowledge regarding regulations, policies and procedures governing financial services. Strong understanding of small credit union philosophy preferred. REMOTE DELIVERY COORDINATOR

Sharonview Federal Credit Union is looking for the right person to join our company as a Remote Delivery Coordinator. Under limited supervision from the Chief Operating Officer, this position will be responsible for operationally implementing an effective remote channel delivery program across multiple member segments for Sharonview. This position will monitor results and recommend changes in direction.

COMPUTER OPERATOR

RELATIONSHIP OFFICER - INDIRECT AUTO

Coastal FCU seeks relationship officer to work in the Western South Carolina/Northeast Georgia I-85 corridor area to assist in developing and promoting the Auto Lending product through indirect channels, and to work with vendor sources to ensure that Coastal is utilizing compliant resources and systems. Will research, develop, and recommend sales strategies and promotions to increase overall market share for Coastal. Will serve as the primary liaison between Indirect Dealer Partners and Coastal. Responsibilities will include dealer management functions such as on-site dealer visits, monthly dealership analysis reporting, and dealership entertainment. Requires ability to network with outside vendors and internal business partners to ensure efficiencies and efforts are being maximized.

Position also requires:

  • Three years' experience in auto finance;
  • Residence in and knowledge of local auto market;
  • Existing relationships with dealers preferred; ability to operate a home office and travel (within 60-mile radius) for business purposes 75% of the time;
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance;
  • Flexible schedule which may include overnight travel and/or extended hours;
  • Previous experience establishing business relationships with auto dealerships via prospecting, cold-calling, and building partnerships;

LOAN CLERK/ MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Upstate FCU seeks full-time member service representative and loan clerk who opens accounts and takes loan applications from sale through disbursement with approval of a loan officer. Represents the credit union in a courteous and professional manner, working with members and co-workers to quickly resolve any problems, processing loan applications, obtaining lender approval, finalizing loans, and disbursing funds when approved. Also responsible for quoting payment calculations, interest rates and terms, new and used auto values, credit life and disability insurance costs, GAP premiums, extended warranty costs and loan-associated fees.

The loan clerk/MSR also will cross sell products and services, provide other service on savings, checking and certificate accounts, monitor title tracking for the branch, monitor insurance tracking for all loans with collateral, and provide notary service.

Position requires one year or more of similar or related experience, plus a high school education or GED, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to handle diverse and sometimes difficult member service situations. Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Must be self-motivated and willing to take initiative. Experience with Fiserv Portico is a plus but not required. EOE
